Green Chile

Where to buy Pueblo green chile

Pueblo chile is meatier and thicker than most peppers, hotter than a jalapeño, and made for roasting. Here’s where to buy it straight from the farms that grow it.

Farm stand season is open

Stands are usually open from about July 1 to October 30, and September is harvest time. Call ahead for hours and roasting days.
